3. Order Processing & Turnaround Times
- Production Time: Our standard turnaround time is 2-5days from the date of order, however we begin working on orders immediately.

Shipping: Shipping times are separate from production times and vary by location. We recommend ordering in advance to ensure timely arrival.

- Rush Orders: Requests for expedited processing may be available for an additional fee of $10
4. Customization & Proofing
For personalized items, a digital proof will be sent to the email provided. You must approve the design within [24/48] hours. Any delays in approval may result in a postponed shipping date.

5. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the highly customized nature of these products, all sales are final. Cancellations are only accepted before production has begun. Showcase is not responsible for damages that occur once items have left our care.
